JASON SLUSHER - TIDP/TI SELects Hockey Director/PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR

Jason, who grew up in Bel Air, MD has an extraordinary hockey background, including serving as a Teaching Professional for Tomorrow's Ice and the Hockey Director for both the TIDP/TI Selects program and the Mid-Atlantic Selects. Jason enjoyed a great Prep career at South Kent in Connecticut followed by an NCAA All-ECAC stint at Lebanon Valley College. Shortly thereafter he was selected to play professionally for the Rio Grande Valley in the Central Professional Hockey league and more recently the Trenton Titans of the highly competitive ECHL.  Jason formerly served as a coach and skills instructor with Navy Youth Hockey as well as an Assistant Coach for Towson University.  Jason is a Level 4 USA Hockey Coach and USA Hockey Certified Hockey Director.

ED SLUSHER - Sr. PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR

Ed grew up in Bel Air, MD and started his playing career with the Baltimore Stars. He then moved on to play junior hockey in the MJHL for both the Central Penn Panthers and the Summerset Jr. Chill located in Western PA.  After playing in the MJHL he then moved on to play Junior “A” in both the NAHL and OPJHL. He is currently the Hockey Director at Ice World in Abingdon, MD and has been involved in player development at the rink for nearly two decades. Ed is also the Head Coach for the Towson University ACHA Division 1 team and has spent time as an Assistant Coach for Fallston High School.  Ed is a Level 4 USA Hockey Coach and USA Hockey Certified Hockey Director.

JEREMY SNyDER - Development and support COACH

Coach Snyder recently completed his fourth season with the Little Flyers as a Coach.  After two years with the 2006's, Coach Snyder led the 2008 Little Flyers for the two seasons.  Jeremy had a successful career playing ACHA D1 Hockey at Towson University where he earned MVP honors in back-to-back seasons (2017 & 2018) while also being awarded Defensive Player of the Year in 2016 & 2017.  After his playing days were over, Jeremy jumped right into coaching with the Tomorrow’s Ice 13U and 14U Selects teams.  Jeremy also served as a skills instructor for the DE Junior Blue Hens in 2018.  

Bryan Canter (Defending the Crease) - Professional Instructor/Goalies

A native of Baltimore, Bryan has playing experience at the NCAA and ACHA levels. Prior to his NCAA life, Bryan had success playing in the Jr ranks for such teams as the Florida Everblades, East Coast Eagles, Frederick Freeze, and the Kalkaska Rhinos. Bryan also works as part of the Wolfe Goalie Development team and has toured with Future Pros goalie prospects school. Bryan joined the Tomorrow's Ice staff in 2012.  Additionally, Bryan is the Founder and President of Defending the Crease Goaltending.  Currently Bryan plays professionally for Viking HC in Sweden.

DAVE JONES - SR. INSTRUCTOR/COACH

Dave brings decades of coaching and leadership background to TI.  Dave Jones is an educator for Harford County Public Schools with over 20 years of coaching experience.  Dave teaches Health and Physical Education at Havre de Grace High School and spends most of his time in the HDG weight room working with student athletes.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, a master’s degree in Coaching/Athletic Administration and is a BFS Weight Room Safety Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.  He has coached various high school varsity sports, including Football, Track/Field, Basketball, and is currently a coach with the HarCo High School Ice Hockey Program.  As a youth hockey coach, Dave has held various positions and has coached multiple teams at every age level.  He was previously the Hockey Director for the Harford North Stars Hockey Club and currently serves as the Coaching Director for Tomorrow’s Ice.  Dave values teaching young athletes to better themselves both on and off the ice and works to instill the core values of the Tomorrow’s Ice Development Program into the many hockey players he coaches.
